HOLIDAY STEM | Groundhog Day

Are you searching for a way to add some fun STEM to Groundhog Day? This hands-on adventure is a great way to add excitement to the holiday. Using the scientific method, your students will discover what happens when an opaque object is placed in the path of a beam of light. They’ll explore the cause-and-effect relationships between the actual weather conditions and Phil’s predications. Finally, students will analyze patterns to predict what Phil might say in the future.
